Home > Skate Sharpening
It is very important that you get your skates sharpened every 20 hours out on the ice. Using protective blade covers for walking, and a terrycloth soaker for storing will allow your blades to stay sharp for longer periods of time. One thing you should never do on a skate blade is walk on concrete or outdoor surfaces without protective guards. Doing so could damage the blade or make your fresh sharpening useless.
